This nut investment casting adopts a casting nut mold for various
shapes, including a mold base plate, a mold box, a main pouring
channel, a pouring branch channel, a tank, a casting module, a
fixing device, a pressing device, and the fixing device It
comprises a fixed plate on one side and an adjusting plate on the
other side, the mold box is located between the fixed plate and the
adjusting plate, the outer wall of the mold box is provided with a
spirally arranged condenser tube, and the casting module is
provided in the mold box. The front and rear sides of the casting
module are provided with compression devices, the left and right
sides of the compression device are provided with trough bodies,
the bottom of the trough body is provided with a gravity sensor,
and one end of the pouring branch channel is provided with a
solenoid valve. The control device, the gravity sensor, and the
solenoid valve cooperate with each other. The present invention is
a casting nut mold suitable for multiple shapes, which can cast
multiple shapes of castings at the same time, and uses condensation
to cool the castings, shortening the casting time, and has high
